Oliver served as CFO for DHL Global Forwarding in Asia, North America, and Europe before becoming the global CFO for DHL Express and a member of the Global DHL Management Board. He is a transformational leader with expertise in financial leadership, operational excellence, and digital innovation. Oliver holds a BA in Transport and Logistics from Baden-Wuerttemberg University, a Master of Economics from Freiburg and Passau Universities, and an Executive MBA from IMD (Lausanne, Switzerland). Oliver is a true thought leader with numerous published books and articles. Oliver is a German national and resides in London and Bonn.

Alasdair has over 30 years of logistics experience in Europe, the Middle East, and North America, with TNT, DHL Global Forwarding, and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. He is renowned for building high-performance teams, driving business turnarounds, shaping cultural transformations, and delivering sustainable breakthroughs in commercial, financial, and operational performance. Alasdair graduated from HEC (Paris) with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and an Advanced Certificate in Luxury Management from HEC (Paris) and SDA Bocconi University (Milan). Alasdair is a citizen of the United Kingdom, and resides in Washington, D.C., USA
