He has a proven track record of transforming underperforming logistics operations into market-leading enterprises. Steen holds the Danish equivalent of an MBA in International Marketing and an Executive MBA in Shipping and Logistics from the Copenhagen Business School. Steen is a dual citizen of Denmark and the USA, and resides in Houston.

    Marischa is an exceptional leader with deep experience in Transformation, Digitalization, and Commercial, primarily in the HealthTech and Medical Device sector. She was the Global Head of Audit and Global Operations at Philips, the CCO for Philips Healthcare Informatics, and she led the carve-out, organisational redesign, and IPO for Philips Lighting (now Signify). Marischa holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from HEC (Paris). Marischa is a Dutch national and resides in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Alasdair graduated from HEC (Paris) with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and an Advanced Certificate in Luxury Management from HEC (Paris) and SDA Bocconi University (Milan). Alasdair is a citizen of the United Kingdom and New Zealand, and resides in Washington, D.C., USA
